Notes to a Husband by J. Bruce Fuller

Imaginary Friend Press is happy to release Notes to a Husband, by J. Bruce Fuller!

This chapbook includes an introduction of Notes to a Husband by Amy Fluery as well as 16 of Fuller's fantastic poems. These poems are reminders of what it means to love, to leave and to be left.

Here is the poem "Note: The spider in the bathtub is dead.":

"The spider in the bathtub is dead.
I tried to wash it away
but it clung to the washrag.
I squashed it with your Field & Stream
and flushed it down the toilet.
There was a time when I needed you
for these things but I have grown
as we have grown apart.

I'm sorry your magazine got wet."
